Comparing with NYS towns, cities, boroughs, except Park, from 1970 to 2020, there were 563 New York State towns out of 903 with a slower growth in household income than the Park. The Park performed better than 62% of the New York State towns. There were 13.1 million persons out of 19.9 million (66%) living in these New York State towns.
