Comparing Census Block Groups inside the Adirondack Park with USDA Nonmetro Northeast counties, in 2020, there were 65 USDA Nonmetro NE counties out of 80 with a lower per capita income than the Park. The Park performed better than 81% of the USDA Nonmetro NE counties. There were 3.2 million persons out of 4.2 million (77%) living in these USDA Nonmetro NE counties.
